Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Case Compare LLC (“Case Compare,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit casecompare.com, join our email list, take our quiz, or buy our course or products, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you give it to us. When you join our email list or leave your email at the end of the quiz, we keep the address, the date and time, and which page you signed up on.
- Unsubscribe requests. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of that so we never email you again by mistake.
- Standard server logs. Like almost every website, our server records each request: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for, the site that sent you, and the time. We use these to keep the site secure and to count visits.
- Purchase information. When you buy from us, our checkout provider, SamCart, collects your name, email address, billing details and, for physical products, your shipping address. Payment card details are handled by SamCart and its payment processors; we never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of each order (your name, email address, what you bought, the amount and its status) for our accounts and to support you. If you tick “Keep me up to date by email” at checkout, you join our email list too.
- Emails you send us. If you write to support@casecompare.com, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
What we don’t collect
- Your quiz answers. They stay in your own browser tab and are forgotten when you close it. Only your email address is sent to us, and only if you choose to enter it.
- Tracking cookies or advertising pixels. casecompare.com uses no analytics services or advertising trackers, and sets no cookies of its own. The only third-party code is SamCart’s checkout, on our checkout pages, which uses its own cookies to run the checkout.
How we use your information
- To send you what you asked for: a confirmation when you join, and occasional news about Case Compare and new releases. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Buyers get marketing email only if they ticked the box at checkout.
- To deliver your purchase: course access and, for physical products, shipping.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To keep the site secure and understand, in total, how many people visit.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we never share your email address with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles your information
- SamCart runs our checkout and hosts the course. Their privacy policy: samcart.com/privacy-policy.
- SMTP2GO relays the emails our own mail server sends, so they reach your inbox reliably.
- Print and shipping partners, when physical products are available, receive only what they need to print and ship your order.
- We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Our website, email list and mail server run on our own server in the United States.
How long we keep it
- Your email address: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. (We keep the unsubscribe record itself so we never email you again.)
- Server logs: kept for security and record-keeping, and deleted when no longer needed.
- Purchase records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
- Ask us what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by writing to support@casecompare.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example California, the UK or the EU), you may have further rights under local law. Write to us and we’ll honor them.
Children
Case Compare is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, write to us and we’ll delete it.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the whole site and keep your information on a server only we administer. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll tell subscribers by email.
